They don't have to tout the reserves Gary, a simple statement with some geological data to verify the numbers is all that is needed. They must have the geological reports in hand and have some mining expertise on board, so putting out this information to the general public shouldn't be any big deal. I note the claims are adjacent to the SM, wonder if the vendor is the same as the SM? Did we ever establish if the HGP was exclusively licensed to Orex, or can any mine rep observe the demo plant and make a deal directly with Haber thereby eliminating Orex in any future transactions?
