Zoli, Yesterday in the mail I received a package from Tahera through
TD Greenline, regarding a special meeting to be held on October 29th.
In the package, four proposals were listed that shareholders could
vote on. Proposal number 2 stated: " The issue by the corporation of
up to 169,295,697 common shares of the corporation in one or more
private placements in the ensuing 12 months."

As for your comment of me going to hell. I'll get back to you on that.
