i am holding a short position in PHCM, covered partial today, holding 1/3, plenty of competition announced in Geneva this week, including MSFT, Symbian+3COM, etc...phcm just bought software company in Ireland with 'funny money' or inflated stock ;)
if they didn't do this they would be hurting for revenues
funny how spending money get's people excited, especially when they overpaid, imho
