Tony, I think it's the drug stocks retreating somewhat after quite a run during the past 2 weeks. Almost all the major pharmaceutical stocks are down, and SGP isn't down the most. Percentage-wise, WLA is down even more. Only news is DB Alex Brown initiating coverage on a no. of drug stocks on 10/12. Also, there's another bit of news on SGP on 10/12:
news.excite.com

This excerpt is from the labpuppy.com site:

Alex Brown initiated coverage of the pharma sector with the following ratings - Warner-Lambert (WLA) with a Buy (cheap given strength of Lipitor), Schering-Plough (SGP) with a Neutral (fully priced), Pfizer (PFE) with a Neutral (fully priced), Pharmacia &Upjohn (PNU) with a Neutral (cheap but other companies offer better growth prospects), American Home Products (AHP) with a Buy (recent resolution of a couple of key problems and the prospect of accelerated earnings growth going forward), Bristol-Myers Squibb (BMY) with a Neutral (fully priced), Eli Lilly (LLY) with a Buy (cheap) and Merck (MRK) with a Buy (cheap).
