I think the price decline was due to a lot of people taking profits on the last runup. I owned this and sold early. I got into other things, got buried and now wish I had waited to get back into QTEK. They have an excellent technology and should do well. They are working on the form 10 filing and with a ticker symbol starting with Q, they have plenty of time to meet the new NASD requirements for reporting. Now if some of my other stuff can deliver and you can keep the price down on this one, I can free up some cash and come back in.<g> TG
