Larry, do you realize that being system integrator does not mean your equipment is ruling the network.
I will give you example.
LU was designated as a primary integrator for WinStar, which
plays LMDS.
Guess who got contract for LMDS(400millions $) at WinStar. It was Siemens which will use 36170 from NN.
Another one. When BT has chosen NN for its UK national network Marconi(GEC) was integrator. Guess who is selling management platform to BT.It is NN.
And Marconi with FORE in house can do nothing about this.
It is customer BT,C&W, which makes decision about what equipment is used

As for C&W,it is every Q top 3 NN customer.
They used NN platform for UK,European and Global network.(read press releases)
And it is BACKBONE where most important decision are made
"by electrons" how network operates.
If you have problem in backbone you have MCI/WOCOM problems.
If this is only access part, close to customer, only part of network is effected.
