Dennis K. Strongly denied any accounting wrong doing, said Tyco would beat estimates, said numbers would not have to be restated down the road.
This is good enough for me because if Tyco is proved to have bad accounting after Dennis denying any problems, this surely would open up a class action suit and frankly I do not believe anyone is that stupid. jmho
