Winzer,

Didn't make the $0.40 close, but we are very, very close. It should be just a matter of a few days now before we are solidly over $0.40 and looking for the mid-fifties.

Just a note that there appeared to be someone who wanted to keep the stock down under $0.40. There had been a total 43,000 shares bid at $0.40 at a time when the ask was $0.41 and only 17,000 shares were quoted as available. That could have easily taken out the 2,000 shares that traded at $0.39 from D.S. However, it must have been lifted at the last moment and 2,000 shares traded hands at $0.39 - for the last trade of the day. Strange, when almost everything before that moment traded at $0.40 and there was a bid on the table that could have easily absorbed that little amount.

Oh well, if not today, then soon.

BTW, found the following headline on StockWatch:

"10/14/99 In the News Kaiser says Birim deal a winner in spite of gold's uptick"

Looking forward to a good day tomorrow.

Brian
