>>Now could you just keep your big 'fingers' shut for another little while there Keith? ggg You may have your boat loaded but I am still wanting another block in the low 70's too. So lets just keep a lid on it will ya! I'll need about two or three more weeks that's all.<<

I know how you feel!

I have been in this stock since the early spring. I initially bought some at an average price of $.61 and then later at $.88. I have always felt that I wanted to load up, and I always hoped to be able to do so before it ran away from me. Over the past while when I saw the prices dipping down again, I finally made a decision to start to get in deeper. So, I began to sell off several of the more fringe stocks I had been holding onto (that ones that I have never posted anything about) and I decided to start taking a real position in this company.

There are several reasons why I have decided to do this. To name just a few . . .

- I like the fact that the company seems to be serious in their efforts to find just the right company to buy. All good things come to those who wait, etc. etc.

- The management team is not burning through the cash in their accounts like some others might.

- I really like the fact that they got a piece of the Medsite.com PP. This speaks volumes for the respect and / or connections the management team must have in the investment community.

- I like being in on the same train as other very successful investors / promoters are on. Actually, I think this train is being driven by a group of people who have been there - done that before!

- I also really like the fact that John Kaiser seems to be taking any opportunity to promote this stock and it has to be creating a sense of excitement amongst his followers.

- But the one thing that has really sold me on this company is the tremendous Due Diligence that Keith Massey has done on it. In my opinion, he has taken away much of the mystery of what is going on behind the scenes and has shown us who the players are. I would love to see the expressions on the folks at Haywood when Keith first reported on what they were doing. And then watched them when he didn't relent in his reporting of their continued buying. I have to laugh because these firms are used to doing what they do with relative anonymity. Now, I will admit that there are several instances when I have invested in stocks where the only thing I had to go on was what was put out on the normal company Press Releases. I learned the hard way that to truly be successful at investing, you had to dig deep into a company to understand what is going on. Keith has done an admiral job here, and I believe that he plans to be here for the duration! (Right Keith?!!!).

So, in summary, I have liked what I have been witnessing since the early spring, and I finally decided to jump in with both feet. That said, just like you I too plan to add to my holdings over the next few weeks and months. So despite the fact that it has taken me a number of months to finally get my butt in gear, I am now eager to see where this company will take us.

Talk to you soon!
