Charles, This over the long run is a good merger, but we as MXP stockholders are paying for the premium for buying Parker & Parsley.I could live with 5 for 1 or 5.5 for 1, but not 7. I hope this will be voted down so they will have to come back and do it at lower rate. All in all, time will tell. Ron
