Sorry bout the delay, about them warrants. PDTK (shell) shareholders received, along with a 1:25 split <ugh>, warrants in two classes. Each of those classes has different expiration dates. I know that the first two classes expire in Jan.2000 and the other two classes expire in Jan.2001. I forget the designators for the individual classes.

Let's say you had 50,000 shares of PDTK (lucky devil!) and you went through the reorg. You would have 2000 shares of QTEK and warrants to purchase that number (2000) shares by this Jan.2000 in each of the classes. The first class would cost you $1/share, the second class, $2/share. The two warrants expiring in 2001 are exercisable at $3 and $4/share.

Hope that answers the question. Glad to see the additional activity here. The technology will pay off.
