If you believe that the process by which a hooker and a john come to terms over the cost of the service(s) to be rendered should be patentable and legally denfensable as such, then you might believe that priceline has a chance in prevailing with their lawsuit claim.

After all, it is a "name your price" business model, is it not? What part of that will the judge not understand?
