Haim, what do you mean by "run" strips? All I know about strips are that they are a more leveraged way of playing interest rates ( T-bills minus the interest coupon?), provided, like everything in the stock market, you "guess" right.....Thanks in advance. BTW. Plenty of good utilities with good yield right now PROVIDED interest rates don't rise....NCE, AEE, AEP to name a few.
