It looks like EINI's competitions has until 11/11/99: biz.yahoo.com "On August 23, 1999, the company filed a Form 10 with the Securities and Exchange Commission (``SEC') to fulfill the requirement of being granted full-reporting issuer status. The SEC provided the company with comments, and the company plans to file its amended Form 10 (Form 10A) on or about October 20, 1999 and expects a timely response." I was surprised that the SEC did not list the first filing on its web site.
