Vitas, i noticed the TRIN...it's a measure of complacency according to Dick Arms hisself. and there are plenty of anecdotal signs of complacency as well. many expect prices to drift a bit lower, but nobody seems to expect anything too drastic (i'm referring to analysts from the WS trading desks). however, this would be the first mania to end peacefully.
