Case in point - rick here, comes out to use words like psychotic and sick. rick indicates he doesn't like me. So he reacts but he doesn't challenge his or my assumptions. Why? Because my comments threaten him in the sense that they make him uncomfortable. But why do they make him "uncomfortable." Why does challenging assumptions cause discomfort? Here's an assumption. rick is losing money. That is what is causing discomfort. Challenges to assumptions don't cause discomfort in an environment that is open and not ignorant. Look it up rick before you call names.
