I hear what you're saying and I hope I didn't mislead you The fed wasn't selling it was delivering to prevent somebody from defaulting. Presumably some arrangement was being made to recover such a forced loan.... but the article didn't say.

When does policing of stability and determined intervention become conspiracy?????
