Buenos noches amigos!

Just got off the phone with Yasser.. Are there any questions?

To answer some of my own, AOL's chess site is in need of a CHESS MASTER and CONTENT to popularize the fact of its existence. E-Play built the site for AOL. PLAY IS NOT FREE TO AOL MEMBERS, as I'd presumed! AOL's chess site is a "premium" site and costs 99 cents an hour for AOL members to play chess on it. (What kind of odd-ball metering software AOL is using to tally playing time is no doubt causing some problems responsible for lack of attendance) AOL is working with WAVE SYSTEMS CORP. wavesys.com to resolve this and many other problems related to the e-commerce of digital information and entertainment like MPA's. Right now, there are at any given time only about 200 (out of 22 million AOL members) playing chess at AOL's chess site. AOL and E-play hired MasterPiece Games to change this dismal situation. AOL and E-play currently split the sum of the chess sites' revenues. Now, we at MasterPiece Games will share in the revenue stream. As the number of people visiting AOL's chess site increases, MPA's cut increases. This is written into our INCENTIVE CLAUSE. MPA's cut of the profits increases up to 25% I believe. MPA will probably sell its stake in Bill Church's Company as MPA's business venture with AOL unfortunately presents some conflicts of interest. So, my amigos, Yasser was not too terribly put off by my criticism that our press releases sound typical of those on the VSE. His heart's intent is to move us over to the NASDAQ and see all of MPA's longsuffering shareholder's stock go up - a great deal more than 20 cents! :)

Sincerely,
Marty
