Bill, what Sockolow didn't realize is that the shares are owned by VC firms and will be distributed to the hundreds of investors who will promptly dump them. If Sockolow even bothered to check with the company to understand how many of the earlier lockup release were dumped, she wouldn't have made such ignorant remarks. But what do you expect from an unknown analyst of a no name firm.
