while we wait I will not be long with this one but I thought it was prudent to post this now. You may remember a post I wrote last Sunday about what I was thinking and praying for in church that day...and you may remember that I said it was one year ago that day that my 5 year old girl was diagnosed with Type1 Diabetes.....WELL....believe this or not guys.....the very next day....this monday....we found out that my older daughter,7, also has the disease. What a nightmare......I need not go into the details of my feelings right now however...I am sharing the event with you because I received many posts, both public and private, regarding my post that showed me how much people do really care and how we are not just goofy nicknames on here hungry for money. ( although, as admitted...I am that at times.:o) So....my post on Sunday was to tell everyone that I was trying to keep this "play" in perspective as far as the greed went...and was hoping everyone else was doing the same.....Mentioning my daughter that time was only to share with you how I was trying to focus on what was important and then, one day later...my world got ripped apart again! I am NOT sharing this for people to feel sorry for me or my family.....I am sharing it because truly...it is pretty bizarre and I think that anyone who got anything out of our off topic discussions on the weekend would most likely want to hear this information. So.....we wait for CC news and I, just like the rest of you, are hoping for the good stuff...but man oh man... I have got to say that I am being taught a lesson again here about what is truly the most important thing in our lives. Please forgive me for this post......I will not belabor the event and just felt I needed to let you know what happened. Let's hope for some great news from the site and have all the workers stay safe. sg
