>>Look forward<<

Looking forward I see $1.50 - $1.55 EPS for 1999. That is up about 50% from 1998 I believe. For 2000 revenue growth of 8 - 10% and EPS growth of 15 to 20% Revenue growth was 7 - 8% for the third quarter without the currency fluctuation which means UIS would have been right on in revenues and probably done even better in earnings.

So I do not see a sick company here but an over reaction to "missing" the revenue numbers. I expect UIS to bounce back to the low to mid 30 in the next week. It will take longer to regain the mid 40s but I see a steady climb as investors realize this was just a bump in the road as Larry Weinbach put it in his conference call.

As for the divisions that need attention LW is working on it and from what I have seen in the past two years I believe that he will fix the problem quickly.

This is just MHO of course.
