Infoneon - It would seem that IDX has hooked up with a chip fingerprint sensor from Infoneon. Have they overcome the problems that Veridicom has been having? Is IDX incorporating their software into the Infoneon chip? What is this all about? When will we know for sure what the connection is between IDX, Siemens and Infoneon? (I do know that Inforneon is a spinoff from Siemens.) Where is this going for us? Is that Mercedes fingerprint reader we were looking at this past weekend the Infoneon chip rather than a Motorola chip some were trying to make the connection to? infineon.com So many questions but not any real answers yet. Since IDX has let this cat out of the bag Randy will HAVE to explain at the Annual Meeting if not before. The plot thickens. And BTW, in just the last two or three weeks or so it seems like I'm seeing biometrics in one form or another just about everywhere! Companies are coming out of the woodwork and making announcements and all kinds of stuff. Rick
