Justa re:Greenspan speech. Interesting, I get the impression he is in part responding and taking a shot at the Dow 36,000 fair value crowd. He also makes a point that risk models focusing on long term returns may not take into account inevitable financial panics. Maybe he wanted to get this on the record so if he raises rates again and tanks the market he can say I told you so.
