Hi Manny, Cook Island (and this is my read on it; Tom's may be different) does "swap" shares of ECNC for cash. There is an exact formula based on daily volume. According to this formula, it would be better for us to get the cash when ECNC stock price is higher. Do you know the exact formula? Does ECNC have a choice of when they take cash? Will Cook Island know in advance that ECNC will take cash within a certain time frame? "swap" shares of ECNC for cash. Isn't that a different way of saying "selling shares at a discount"? Scoob
