4. In general customers purchase in 100's and a few in low thousands (5-10,000) with the implementation scheduled for more. We have one account that is scheduled to deploy 100,000 or more units. It is difficult to say because a schedule doesn't mean it will happen. Some of our customers have deployed low to mid thousands and the future looks good.

Reference 3.----What we are seeing now is a "choice" on the software deployment. I really haven't seen the "choice" being the cause for much increase. I do, however, see "choice" taking a role in year 2000. Why, because of the way companies, consumer, and the channel will want to do business and the "choice" that they have to accomplish these tasks.
