1. Manufacturing problems 2. Yes 3. Didn't see much from UCSI point of view 4. In general customers purchase in 100's and a few in low thousands (5-10,000) with the implementation scheduled for more. We have one account that is scheduled to deploy 100,000 or more units. It is difficult to say because a schedule doesn't mean it will happen. Some of our customers have deployed low to mid thousands and the future looks good. Reference 3.----What we are seeing now is a "choice" on the software deployment. I really haven't seen the "choice" being the cause for much increase. I do, however, see "choice" taking a role in year 2000. Why, because of the way companies, consumer, and the channel will want to do business and the "choice" that they have to accomplish these tasks. Hope this helps you!!! Big "O"
