Bohdan and All,

We are all going to have to hang in here if we intend to file this
class action suit against the VSE. STS is in the process now of trying
to get a letter of denial from the VSE and I have yet to here anything
about whether or not they still have Yetwene. There still is a chance
that they could get some capital shortly so if they do that gives them
the ability to either buy equipment or pack their bags and go look for
some properties in Uganda. WE are at the shell price now and it is
damned ridiculous at this point to see this stock go any lower.
