Per the Allocation notice I sent FBR an "Acceptance" email at 7:00 AM eastern. Nevertheless I just got a phone call at 8:15 am from FBR asking me if I accept my 100 CYSV allocation. I told the rep that I had already accepted the allocation via email an hour before. I'm happy FBR made the effort to call me, but, they seem so disorganized. Did the person who just called me not have my email response of an hour ago?? Lots of unanswered questions about their methods.
