Ken, IMO the stock split notification from DLJ is probably related to the 30:1 dividend and the rights option. The dividend is so complicated that DLJ might have not had an easy way to say what was going on. That's my best guess. Unfortunately, I am having a hard time explaining the selling and stock price without the though crossing my mind that Sitra is covering his ass for a quick exit. I imagine if he or BANY are doing something like that, none of us will find out until its too late. I mean, the guys already indicted for JAWS, yet the SEC let him do this whole ANYI thing, he probably has was of getting out of just about ANYIthing. I don't know, its not like I have the time or resources to investigate anything, but I imagine some of the folks who held BANY from 1.5 to .125 would be a little pissed, and might want to get some answers. I have not talked to ANYI directly since before trading began, but my guess is that some folks have, and they may be the ones selling. ANYI was practically free to almost all of its investors, I guess sometimes you get what you pay for.
