John,

With the VIX at the 33-35 range, it is setting a HIGHER HIGH which implies an uptrend and the future cycles could get higher, which is a negative for the market.

For the short-term it is in the overbought region and per my short-term technicals it is now a CLASS 2 SELL, implying that we are getting close to a bounce and which confirms my CLASS 2 BUYs for the indices.
