Price is picking up with healthy volume. Perhaps on the anticipation that Q4 results are going to exceed expectations (on the other hand the co has always posted pretty good results and the market has paid no attention). This is IPX's 3rd full year, could it be that the cynics have turned into believers? Here's hoping so. EB
