Agree with you. I think in the SEC doc there was something about a new test. Not sure though. It did say 600, go check it yourself. That seems about right? Money is definetly for HIV roll out. If the wait till after they get approval, or the dillution is contingent on approval that would be best for all parties involved. Including Shareholders. Art
