<<Axion got caught in the OTCBB pink sheet fiasco

Could you explain please?>>

All of the stocks listed on the OTCBB are becoming fully reporting. The companies are being processed alphabetically -so Axion was in the first group. The exchange initially said that the stocks must all FILE by a certain date - it then became clear that they meant FILE and ACCEPTED by that date. Axion and 80% of the other companies were forced to drop to the pink sheets for the interm. Stocks don't trade much on the pink sheets and the market makers and IR outfits were afraid of getting caught with shares that they couldn't trade for a few months -therefore they dumped them in August -forcing the price down. You can still buy it but you don't want to make a market order. You can get it for 25 cents US at the moment which is a steal since all the fundamentals are exactly the same as they were when the stock was trading at $1.00. JP
