Camelot Aware of No Reason for Stock Price or Unusual
Trading

DALLAS, April 9 /PRNewswire/ -- Camelot Corp announces that it can ascertain no reason for
the unprecedented fall in its Common Stock price as listed on NASDAQ. Nor can the Company
explain the level of trading. The Company has in excess of $3,000,000 cash in the bank, no debt
and stockholders equity of approximately $15,000,000. The Company will be demonstrating its
new Internet products, Digiphone(R) 2.0, Proficia(TM) and VideoTalk(TM) at Comdex. There has
been no insider trading, and the Company knows of no inside information that would result in these
stock prices and trading volume actions.
