Actually the weakness in the market helped traders get into SUNW, BRCM, VRTS. I probably wouldn't have bought them if they had gapped up too much but the lower prices allowed traders to get in at good prices. It just proves again the old statement about stocks, good earnings drive stock prices higher even in a down market. HJ
