Benkea, wrong...i turned bearish in July (too early i admit) when the first rate hike rally occurred, as bullish sentiment reached 13-year extremes. i have been cautious ever since. however, i think we all knew very well how the internals of this market stink and the fundamental backdrop began to deteriorate as well.
the whole MDA thread has done great work pointing these things out over and over again...
btw, you forgot to mention LG, who put out a pretty stern warning as well recently.

let me conclude by saying that obviously there is still NO FEAR in this market. so there is no reason as of yet to abandon caution. volatility will likely increase even more, and for ST oriented traders who are able to catch these swings great opportunities beckon. as i have said yesterday, i'm more into position trading now...it's easier on the nerves and more to my liking. as such, i still see no compelling reason to rush in and buy. that said, i bought a small position in RTI today, the titanium co. - 1/3 of it's float is short, and it is a fundamentally sound company.

regards,

hb
