The Dems certainly can't run on it, after all, Clinton sold China the missile tech for campaign cash that caused India and Pakistan to fire off tests in 1998.

I do agree that the Republicans have the sophisticated argument and Dems have their usual demagoguery. But it shouldn't be hard to convince the smarter voters that a piece of paper has never stopped countries from doing what they perceived was in their national interest.

A credible President would not have behaved as Clinton has. He has compounded his foolishness by his tantrums.
