Jack, quoted from Dick Grannis of Qualcomm in response to my inquiry about Airspan this morning: Airspan is not currently a licensee of QUALCOMM's Best regards, Jim PS. I believe it is possible to do cdma implementations in a non-mobile environment without stepping on Q's IP. Pehaps Engineer or Clark can confirm.
