Innofone Canada Appoints New
President : Telecom Veteran Charles Blaquiere

(INNF) today announced the appointment of telecom industry veteran Charles Blaquiere as President of Innofone Canada, operating company for the GLR/Long Distance Group.

"With our expansion into internet telephony and the launch of Hotcaller, a free online long distance service, it became critical to find additional strength for our core business." Charles Blaquiere brings to Innofone a solid and diverse operating background in call center management, marketing,
telecommunications and credit management. He successfully
launched credit card based value added services such as the Sears PhonePlan and CIBC Guaranteed Proof affinity program. The Sears PhonePlan went on to become the largest long distance rebiller in Canada in just 18 months.
Blaquiere's background includes management of operations for Unitel (now AT&T Canada). He was Director of Operations, Telecom for eFORCE, part of the Mosaic Group of Companies and most recently he was responsible for managing development of Customer Care methods and standards within Sprint Canada's Enterprise division. He is a seasoned professional with solid understanding of all facets of the telecom sector.
