I will jump in here if you don't mind. I've been told that Satan's selling earlier this year was a result of a corporate stock option he had to exercise. Furthermore, it is prudent for anyone to diversify their holdings. It is my understanding that he still owns 28% of the company.

I have also been told that the company has no debt to speak of, so I am surprised to hear that your "broker" said that local newspapers were reporting the contrary. It would be wise to perhaps get copies of those stories so that you (and us) would be the wiser.

I know that Byron is very knowledgable about IMRS, and he will probably give you more insight when he logs in to SI.
