Message 120 and 125. It would appear that if KISS interest is or was 70% (120). Energas wants that 70 % (120) KISS threatens legal action (120). Energas has 14% in the venture, well #1 (125). Energas has 60% working interest in the second well. KISS interest in the second well unknown. What is the definition of "working interest"? Term was used by both KISS and Energas referring to the percentage of interest. CDE Long in KISS
