Tulvio you are NOT guessing well today, IMO. I have no less then four x2 ISPs available to me with a local number, the highest monthly charge being $19.95 unlimited time. One is $14.95 per month if I pay by the year. One has a $20 sign up fee and another has a $10 sign up fee. They all have trial periods, 10 days is the shortest...if you don't like the service you can quit with no charges. You should check out this web site and see what is available NOW and there is more nearly every day. Click on some of the ISP links and check for local numbers.
