What's This VSE "prerogative"????? To Disapprove STS's Financing???

What regulatory right do they have to destroy a company?

Because they did not approve the financing!!!! What Rubbish!!!!

Since. we shareholders have witnessed the "total demise of our
investment at the hands of the regulators who state that they
look out for the little investors interests I believe at the least
we STS shareholders should "DEMAND"!!!!!! a complete explaination
of what has happened here and if the VSE is to blame we should
research what their motives and reasons were. As well as to
what legal recourse we might have. Also, the same
goes for the management-directors of STS since, they do have a fiduciary
responsibilty to us shareholders.

We shareholders in my opinion cannot take this matter as just part of
the investment risk. This whole farce has been orchestrated for
someones benefit absolutely no doubt and if we do not take some kind
of action, then this type of robbery will keep on taking place
to a new group of investors with some other company.
I think the shareholders of VEC should also look into what took
place with their company and maybe if enough of us injured
shareholders start asking questions maybe then we will all
find out what is really going on at the VSE!!!!and decide if
we should even invest in the Canadian Markets until there
really is a proper, equitable, fair and open market sytem.
