Hi Matthew! ... It's great to see more people getting activly involved. Dr. Ricart will answer his mail ... I don't think you'll find out what you really want to know on the first pass though. Keep at it, please! The more of these questions & concerns raised by real shareholders ... that actually care about how well Novell does in the marketplace ... the less room they'll have to hide ... they'll either have to improve or move (out).
