I just checked last years 10K. It does mention that some of the products were developed jointly. You would have thought that at that time the lines would have been drawn. It is strange, well may be not, that BD chooses to file a lawsuit at what otherwise appears to be the most propitious time for QDEL. Today at least two blocks of 10,000 shares traded. Is there anybody on this thread that knows whether or not they were on the BID or ASKED side. I can't tell for sure from the intraday chart. Also if there was a possibility of this looming why did a Director buy 5,000 shares at $5.25 in January.
