Essam, I do not believe for liable, yet. One of the problems is country of origin, respective laws, free speach, etc. But the U.S. SEC (and various exchange authorities) are another matter if you have a vested interest and some money to go after. E-mail the web mistress and inquire how many official agencies are monitoring this thread and retrieving ALL data on some posters. I wouldn't even post a joke - reaction may be like a bomb threat joke on an El Al Israel flight.
