Tim, the good thing about takeover plays in a falling market, is that the stock price is not as affected as another stock whose play depends on expected earnings, or an upturn in the company's fortunes.>>>

and this is why i like to put out these plays..most here are small investors and can't afford a big lose or buy the large caps...finding the top plays makes for a win win
