Don't you understand that you are making statements about some Italians, rather than statements about Italians? I expected better from you. That's what racism is all about, attributing to the whole the characteristics of some member of an ill-defined set. I would still appreciate some operational characteristic of "Italians", not some silly verbal trick (e.g. Italians are Italian -- which isn't even true).
