Joseph: Your guess is as good as mine. Perhaps the Brinson Partners stake is unwinding their 9 % position. Perhaps they are going to have to issue more stock in a private placement which will dilute the current shareholders stake. Perhaps they have a lawsuit against them pending. Perhaps their products are not selling. To anyone the company has a 1-800 number in their product literatue brochure. I telephoned Karen Hedine last in Feb and March.
