Micro-Caps affected by "naked shorting" from Canada are marching on I confirmed with a contact Surveillance Officer at the Vancouver Stock Exchange that Canaccord and other Canadian Brokerages will no longer be involved with the shorting of OTC-BB's, either "naked" or borrowed.... All outstanding positions MUST be COVERED by 23rd October... I expect a SURGE in the price of heavily shorted Companies, such as: WINR, MDIH, EDUV, NBMX, VGCP, NBET, etc... all of which, coincidentally closed today in positive Territory... Regards, F.
