Received the same info when I talked to Ernie today. The only difference was that Ernie said that he was going to try and strike a deal with the drilling company. Also, A NR will be released next week regarding MLSM's AirPort property and the property in Montana. Not sure what it will say. Ernie was very honest and answered all of my questions. I believe MLSM will be better off with out HD. Before HD came on board the stocks were worth about $1.00 to $1.80 maybe it will return to the same level if HD are no longer. Ernie also told me that every promise HD said they will do, they have NOT. I think when the drilling starts the stocks will rebound. Lots of volume today, Lost 01. Not Bad could be worse. All we need to do is find an additional 8 million tons between the next two holes( with the 5-7 we now have) and a major will buy the mine. Ernie said that Noranda and some other majors are calling often asking when the drilling is going to begin, they are just waiting. Noranda closed it's Quebec mine today because the copper reserves are used up, they are looking, the time is right.

We will be O.K. if the drilling starts and we remain on target schedule for year end.

At least both of us were giving the same information by two different people. Ernie has asked me to tell all share holders that if they have any questions , give him a call.

P.S. I also tried to reach HD today, not taking calls.
